The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) will govern your use of the Pepper Wireless website, and constitute a binding agreement between you and Pager World Communications. doing business as Pepper Wireless (“Pepper Wireless” or “we”, “us”, “our”). • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for users outside the province of Quebec, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms of Use or any matter related to these Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law terms or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in British Columbia in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Terms of Use or the use of the Website.
• You may not assign these Terms of Use or assign any rights or delegate any obligations under these Terms of Use.
